Melissa Guffey

Melissa Guffey, M.Ed., currently serves as the Director of Student Transitions and Family Programs at the University of Dayton. With extensive experience in higher education, Guffey has held various roles, including Manager of Admission Visits and Events at Denison University and Associate Director of Student Involvement at Wittenberg University. Previous positions also include Lead Coordinator of Operations and Events at Colorado College, Assistant Director of Leadership Programs at Wright State University, and Coordinator for Student Activities & Residential Engagement at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Guffey holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor's degree in English and Dance from The University of Akron.
