Nicky Adams

Nicky Adams is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive experience in higher education and workforce development. Serving as Principal Lecturer at the University of Dayton since 2007, Nicky received the Outstanding NTT Faculty Member award in the College of Arts & Sciences in 2015. In addition, Nicky owns and operates Workplace Communication Consulting, LLC, providing coaching and facilitation services. Previous roles include Workforce Development Account Manager at Sinclair Community College and Director of the University Writing Center at Wright State University, where Nicky also contributed as faculty in the English department. Nicky began a career in education as an English teacher at Centerville High School. Academically, Nicky holds a B.S. in Education, English from Miami University and an M.A. in English/Organizational Communication from Wright State University.
