Charlotte Walder is a dedicated undergraduate student at the University of Delaware, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, with an expected graduation date of May 2027. Currently serving as a Resident Assistant for Louis Redding Hall, Charlotte plays a vital role in fostering inclusive communities within the Residence Life & Housing team. Additionally, Charlotte holds the position of Secretary and Sergeant at Arms for Alpha Phi Omega, where responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of chapter meetings. As a research assistant in the Queer Development Lab, Charlotte conducts studies focused on enhancing the lives of LGBTQIA+ individuals and collaborates with community members. Involvement as an Autism Advisory Board member allows Charlotte to provide valuable insights on research projects concerning autism, while the role of Accessibility Senator in Student Government aims to bridge gaps between Disability Support Services and students. Charlotte's experience also includes coaching in the UDiscover Program, designed for high school students with disabilities, and working as a hostess and kitchen assistant at Texas Roadhouse since July 2021.
