Cristen S.

Cristen S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent engagement and human resources, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Engagement Specialist at the University of Delaware since March 2018. Prior to this role, Cristen held various positions at Verizon Wireless, focusing on sales and customer engagement from 2013 to 2018, and contributed to human resources processes as an Assistant at Pixel Optics Inc. in 2012. Early career experiences include management training at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and a development associate role at the United Way of Roanoke Valley. An alumnus of the University of Lynchburg with a BA in International Relations and Affairs, Cristen is currently pursuing a Master's in Organizational Leadership at Northeastern University.
