Jon Swallow

Jon Swallow has extensive experience in marine operations, having worked as the Director of Marine Operations at the University of Delaware since July 2014. Prior to this role, Jon served as a NOAA Corps Officer at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration for over 20 years, retiring as a Captain (O-6). Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Geography from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Information Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
