Michael Leon Miller

Michael Leon Miller, BA, MTS, currently serves as the Associate Director of Development for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at the University of Delaware since June 2016, having previously held the role of Major Gift Officer. Prior experience includes Director of Development for Major Gifts at Delaware State University and Development Director at the United Negro College Fund, where responsibilities involved cultivating and soliciting gifts from multiple sources. Michael Leon Miller holds a Doctor of Education degree from Delaware State University, a Professional Certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from Cornell University, a Master of Theological Studies from Palmer Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
