Alain B. is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Security Officer at the University of Denver since April 2022, Alain previously held the position of Senior Security Consultant at tw-Security for a brief period in early 2022. As the Chief Information Security Officer at Oregon State Treasury from October 2014 to January 2022, Alain oversaw significant aspects of information security risk management and established a leading information security program for the state’s financial services hub. Earlier experience includes serving as the Enterprise Information Security Manager at Adventist Health and as a Systems Administrator at Health Net. Alain's educational background includes an MBA in Information Technology from Western Governors University, a nursing degree from Oslo School of Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Media Technology from Andrews University.
