Courtney Everson

Courtney Everson, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, research, and education. Currently serving as Senior Project Director and Principal Investigator at the University of Denver since February 2021, Courtney also founded Symphonic Data Stories LLC in July 2015, providing strategic consulting services across various sectors. Courtney collaborates as a researcher with the Uplift Lab at Oregon State University and holds specialized certifications as an ACE Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Group Fitness Instructor. Additionally, Courtney has a robust background in fitness instruction and perinatal health, complemented by roles in editorial capacities and leadership in academic research centers. Courtney earned a PhD in Applied Anthropology from Oregon State University, with a solid educational foundation in anthropology from both Oregon State University and Western Washington University.
