Stacy Moore

Stacy Moore has over 18 years of experience in operations and hospitality management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and an Adjunct Professor in the Hospitality Program at the University of Denver since July 2009, Stacy has also held the position of Assistant Director of Operations at the same institution. Prior to this, Stacy worked at The Curtis Hotel as a Conference Services Manager from July 2007 to July 2009 and was a Group Sales Manager at the Holiday Inn Select from June 2005 to September 2007. Educationally, Stacy earned a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Denver between September 2012 and December 2014, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Northern Colorado, obtained from 1998 to 2002.
