Tim Hubbard

Tim Hubbard is an experienced professional in higher education recruitment and partnerships, currently serving as the Head of East Asia Recruitment and Partnerships at the University of East Anglia since August 2019. Based in Guangzhou, South China, Tim leads UEA's student recruitment and partnership initiatives across East Asia. Previously, Tim held the position of Regional Manager for East Asia at UEA and served as Head of College Services at the University of Nottingham International College, overseeing a range of non-academic functions. Tim's earlier roles include Operations Manager at Kaplan International Pathways, University Placement Service Coordinator at Liverpool International College, and Student Services Administrator at Nottingham Trent International College. Tim's career began as a Process Expert at Siemens, followed by part-time English language teaching. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Behaviour Change from the University of Derby and a BA in Economics from the University of Reading.
