Monika Nadova Kroslakova

Monika Nadova Kroslakova is an Associate Professor at the University of Economics in Bratislava since September 2010, with a focus on family business, business services, and general business education. Monika serves as a Member of the Academic Board at Family Hippocampus and is the Founder of the Family Business Center, which conducts research and educational activities for Slovak family businesses. Additionally, Monika is a Co-founder and Board member of the International top leaders and researchers network in the IBERA Academy, and holds the position of Director of Partner Engagement at the Institute Of One World Leadership® & Centre for Positive Value Leadership®. Monika co-owns Novplasta s.ro., a producer of polyethylene packaging films, and is actively involved as a Member of the working group for family business at the Slovak Ministry of Economy and as an Expert in Family Business at the Slovak Business Agency. Monika's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a degree in engineering (Ing.) from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
