Mark A. Schroeder

Mr. Mark A. Schroeder serves as Chairman & CEO of Jasper Indiana-based German American Bancorp, Inc., a $4.4 billion dollar community banking organization with 68 banking, investment, and insurance offices in 19 contiguous southern Indiana counties and in six counties in Kentucky. Schroeder, who has served as German American's Chief Executive Officer since 1999, has over 45-year tenure with the company, having previously served in numerous senior management positions with the company, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Lending Officer. Mr. Schroeder also holds a designation as a Certified Public Accountant.
