Allan Lee

Allan Lee is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter since May 2017, with prior experience as a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at The University of Manchester from January 2015 to April 2017. Allan began an academic career as a Doctoral Researcher at Aston Business School from September 2010 to December 2014, where the focus was on Leadership and its impact on employee motivation. Additional roles include Sessional Lecturer responsible for module design and assessment for undergraduate students and an internship at ABA - Aston Business Assessments. Allan's early career featured a position as a Graduate I.T Analyst at XLCubed Ltd. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Occupational Psychology from Aston University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University.
