Darren Davis

Darren Davis (BSc Hons MRICS) currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at the University of Exeter since July 2022. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Senior Capital Projects Manager at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust from April 2017 to July 2022. Darren's career also includes significant experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and Senior Project Manager at the University of Plymouth (August 2005 - April 2017) and as a Chartered Building Surveyor/Project Manager at Smerdon and Jones (August 2004 - November 2005). Earlier positions include Associate Partner at GNA (August 1999 - August 2004) and Surveyor at Pipeline Surveys (April 1994 - August 1995). Darren began a career in construction as a Carpenter while self-employed from August 1989 to April 1994. Education was completed at Nottingham Trent University with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying in 1999.
