Dr. Jim Rogers is an accomplished educator and leader in the field of professional development, currently serving as Principal Education Advisor and NPQEL Course Director at Education Development Trust since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing national partnerships for the Early Career Framework and National Professional Qualifications. Additionally, Dr. Rogers is a Trustee at Durrington Multi Academy Trust and Director at Kilmar Consultancy Ltd, which focuses on evidence-informed professional development. Past roles include leading professional development initiatives at The White Horse Federation, serving as Professional Development and Research Lead for Teaching School Council SW, and directing the Plymouth Teaching School Alliance. Dr. Rogers holds a PhD in Education from the University of Exeter, along with a PGCE from the University of Oxford and other degrees in Educational Research Methods and Environmental Science.
