Hannah Crowe

Hannah Crowe is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and resourcing. Currently serving as the Assistant Director HR for PS Connect at the University of Exeter since April 2016, Hannah leads the recruitment function, managing both temporary and permanent hiring processes while implementing the university's talent strategy. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Commonwealth Bank, overseeing national teams for contact centers and retail banking, along with positions at CGU, Westpac, and other organizations. Hannah's expertise encompasses HR planning, stakeholder management, and fostering inclusivity and diversity within workplace initiatives, supported by a BA in Social Psychology from the University of Sussex and CIPD qualifications.
