Jesse Segers

Jesse Segers is a distinguished academic and consultant currently serving as Partner and Co-Director of Ginkgo Consulting and Honorary Professor at the University of Exeter. With a robust background in leadership, Jesse is also a board member at ODN Europe, a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the NSO-CNA Leadership Academy, and a member of the advisory council at SeederDeBoer. Previously, Jesse held the position of Dean/CEO at Sioo, where significant revenue growth and product expansion were achieved. Jesse has contributed to various educational institutions, including the AOG School of Management and the Antwerp Management School, where responsibilities included directorship roles and ensuring academic quality. Jesse holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp and a summa cum laude degree in Industrial Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
