Prof. Dr. Friedrich Wolf-Monheim

Prof. Dr. Friedrich Wolf-Monheim is an accomplished professional in the field of mechanical engineering, currently serving as Innovation Project Manager at Ford Motor Company since March 2013. With a longstanding association with FISITA, which began in 2018, Friedrich holds multiple titles including Advisor Education, Council Member, Vice President Education, and Executive Board Member. Since April 2019, Friedrich has also been recognized as an Honorary Professor and University Lecturer at RWTH Aachen University. Additionally, as of January 2023, Friedrich is an Executive Board/Advisory Board Member for the Society for Automotive and Traffic Systems Technologies at VDI e.V. Previous experience includes roles as a lecturer at Hochschule Bochum, leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, research activities at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT, and engineering internships at Daimler Truck AG and BMW Group. Friedrich obtained a Doctor of Engineering (PhD) and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
