Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams has extensive experience in administration and data management, currently serving as a Prospect Researcher and Database Assistant at the University of Exeter since September 2010. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing the Raisers Edge alumni database, which encompasses approximately 120,000 records, as well as assisting in data cleansing and processing. Prior roles include positions at Devon County Council as both Administrator & Receptionist and Administrator, and short-term administrative roles at Connaught PLC and American Express, where Matthew held the position of Team Leader & Mailroom Supervisor. Additionally, experience as a Bookseller at Waterstones and earlier administrative work at Devon County Council rounds out a solid background in customer service and database management. Matthew holds a BA Hons in Media Arts with Music from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
