Dorothee Baumann-Pauly is a distinguished academic and leader in the fields of business and human rights. Currently serving as the Director of the Geneva Center for Business and Human Rights at the University of Geneva and the Director of Research at the Center for Business and Human Rights at NYU Stern School of Business, Baumann-Pauly has a strong background in corporate social responsibility and business ethics, demonstrated through graduate-level teaching at Université de Lausanne. Previous roles include adjunct lecturer and postdoctoral scholar at Baruch College, as well as managerial and project positions with AccountAbility and the Fair Labor Association.
