Thierry Mengelle

Thierry Mengelle has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as Deputy CIO and President of the IT Management Board at the University of Geneva since November 2017. Previously, roles included Deputy CIO and Program Manager at Knowledge Expert, where responsibility included managing multiple projects in digital transformation and coaching project managers. Mengelle also held senior project management positions at Mediaspectrum, Inc., and xentive sa, managing teams, portfolios, and utilizing methodologies such as SCRUM. Earlier experience includes project management at Consultas, Novasys, and serving as a researcher at the University of Montreal and Université Paul Sabatier. Mengelle holds a PhD and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toulouse.
