Mark Taggart is a professional artist with extensive experience in painting, digital photography, drawings, and digital artwork. Currently serving as an Artist since June 1995, Mark also instructs painting and drawing courses for the University of Georgia's Studies Abroad in Cortona, Italy program since February 2015. Previous roles include Studio Assistant at Terry Rodgers Productions from October 2005 to December 2013 and Instructor at Columbus College of Art & Design from August 2010 to May 2013, where Mark designed a year-long undergraduate color course. Additionally, Mark taught introductory and specialized courses in painting and drawing at Columbus College of Art & Design from January 2002 to May 2008 and served as Part-time Assistant Professor of Fine Art at Ohio Wesleyan University from September 2002 to May 2007. Mark Taggart completed an MFA in Painting at the New York Academy of Art between 1993 and 1995 and earned a BA in Fine Arts from William & Mary from 1989 to 1993.
