Phillip Griffeth

Phillip Griffeth currently serves as the Director of Academic Honesty at The University of Georgia, a position held since March 2017. Prior to this role, Phillip was the Associate Director at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia from August 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities included the oversight of a substantial portion of continuing legal education programs and collaboration with key stakeholders in the legal community. Phillip's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Drew Eckl & Farnham from July 1993 to February 1997, followed by positions as Chief Assistant Solicitor-General for the Athens-Clarke County Solicitor-General and Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Western Judicial Circuit. From September 2004 to July 2015, Phillip operated as a civil and criminal trial attorney and registered neutral through Phillip Comer Griffeth, LLC. Phillip earned a Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
