Kathleen Riach

Kathleen Riach is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in management, currently serving as a Professor at the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow and Monash University since July 2019. Previously held roles include Professor in Management at both institutions from June 2019 and Professor in Management at Monash University since January 2013, in addition to serving as an Associate Professor. Kathleen Riach was a Mercator Fellow at Goethe University in mid-2019 and a Reader in Management at the University of Essex from January 2008 to December 2012. Kathleen Riach earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of Glasgow between 2003 and 2006.
