Nicoletta Dimitrova

Nicoletta Dimitrova is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as Deputy Head of School and Associate Professor at the University of Greenwich since September 2017. Previously, Nicoletta held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Ghent University and as a Lecturer/Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where a PhD was also completed in Organizational Science. Nicoletta's academic journey began at Jacobs University Bremen, where a BA in Social and Cognitive Psychology was earned, followed by an MSc in Social Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. The scholarly interests include the resilience of individuals, teams, and organizations.
