Deb Stark

Deb Stark holds extensive leadership experience in various agricultural and veterinary organizations. Currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors at the University of Guelph since September 2018, Deb is also a Board Member of the Canadian Agri-Food Automation & Intelligence Network and Veterinarians without Borders North America as of January 2024. Additional roles include Board Member of the Golden Triangle Angel Network, a Director at the Ontario Agriculture Hall of Fame, and Past Chair of Ontario Genomics. Previous engagements feature a tenure as Chairperson of the Department Audit and Advisory Committee for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and involvement with the Canadian Agri-Food Policy Institute. Educational qualifications include a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Guelph and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
