Lorenza Alice D'Alessandro

Lorenza Alice D'Alessandro is a highly experienced professional in the fields of scientific project coordination and equity, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Coordinator for SPIDoc's - MSCA Doctoral Network at Universität zu Lübeck, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Hamburg for the REPO4EU project, Lorenza also maintains a role as a Professional Freelancer with EQUDIV, focusing on creating healthy workplace environments through diversity and inclusion initiatives. Previous positions include overseeing the SPIDoc's project at Universität Siegen, and coordinating significant scientific projects at the Centre for Structural Systems Biology and DKFZ German Cancer Research Center. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Complex Systems for Life Sciences from Università degli Studi di Torino and a MSc in Molecular Biology. Additionally, ongoing professional development includes certifications in mental health first aid from the Central Institute of Mental Health and courses from the University of Oxford.
