Llonia Rojan Jackson, LMSW, currently serves as the Director of Cultural Diversity and Belonging at the University of Hartford, where responsibilities include enhancing student outcomes related to belonging, justice, equity, and inclusion. Prior roles at the University of Hartford include Director of the Office of Student Engagement and Inclusion and Director of Multicultural Programs, focusing on student engagement and supporting multicultural organizations. Llonia has also contributed as Associate Director of Alumni Relations and as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Connecticut School of Social Work, advising master's students. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Field Education at Adelphi University, where Llonia was responsible for managing field education operations and supporting student placements. An alumnus of the University of Hartford and the UConn School of Social Work, Llonia holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy.
