Maria Murray Dozlic, MBA, CCMP™, currently serves as an Organizational Change Manager at Phillips 66 and is a Corporate Fellow at the University of Houston-Downtown, where Maria Murray contributes to the MBA program by providing industry insights and mentorship. As a Consulting Partner at Expressworks International and Managing Partner at Change that Works Inc., Maria focuses on enhancing organizational performance through coaching and consulting.
