Cierra Hayes is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at HP since May 2025, where the focus is on aligning people strategy with business goals within the Technology & Innovation Organization. Prior to HP, Cierra worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Block, managing HR functions across multiple regions, and as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cars.com, emphasizing talent alignment within Technology and Product sectors. Cierra also has experience with Amobee, where partnerships with C-Suite leaders were central to HR initiatives, and at BMO Financial Group, where Cierra was a Senior HR Consultant.
