Francisco Sanchez

Francisco Sanchez is an experienced professional in emergency management and public administration. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Master in Public Administration Program at the University of Houston since August 2021, Francisco also holds the position of Associate Administrator in the Office of Disaster Assistance at the U.S. Small Business Administration from January 2022 to January 2025. Previously, Francisco worked as the Deputy Homeland Security & Emergency Management Coordinator for the Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management from January 2007 to January 2022, and held roles as a Liaison and Public Information Officer in the Office of Harris County Judge between 2005 and 2008. Francisco's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Sam Houston State University, a Public Service Leadership Certificate from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Radio & Television Communication from the University of Houston.
