Margaret (Maggie) Manley has extensive experience in project management and architecture, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the University of Houston since July 2011. In this role, Manley managed the UH - Cougar Place Upper Class Housing project, a 318,000 square foot facility with a budget of $48.5 million, which opened in August 2013. Additionally, Manley serves as the point of contact for METRO rail coordination around the UH campus, overseeing related construction projects. Prior to this role, Manley worked at Fort Bend Independent School District from June 1992 to June 2011 as a Staff Architect and Senior Project Manager. Manley holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston, obtained between 1978 and 1982.
