Gwinyai Chibisa is an experienced academic in the field of Ruminant Nutrition and Metabolism, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Idaho since August 2015, following a role as Assistant Professor in the same department. Prior to this, Gwinyai Chibisa was an NSERC Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada from May 2013 to July 2015. Academic training includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Animal Sciences and a Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Sciences, both obtained from the University of Saskatchewan, where Gwinyai Chibisa also held various positions such as Graduate Student Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, and Teaching Assistant from 2005 to 2013.
