Romuald K. Afatchao, Ph.D, LL.M, serves as the President of the Board of Directors at the Institute for Community Partnerships and Sustainable Development since May 2019 and has been the Associate Director of the Martin Institute and Program in International Studies at the University of Idaho since August 2009. Previously, Romuald served as the President & Executive Director of the Institute for Community Partnership & Sustainable Development from January 2012 to April 2019, and as the Founding Vice President of ANCE Togo, an advocacy nonprofit organization focused on sustainable goods consumption from January 1998 to August 1999. Romuald's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from the University of Idaho and multiple degrees in Environmental Law, International Environmental Law, Business Law, and Law from various institutions in Togo and France.
