Rusty Vineyard

Rusty Vineyard serves as the Executive Director of Facilities and Chief Facilities Officer at the University of Idaho, with responsibilities encompassing the sustainable utilization of campus facilities and environmental compliance. With a diverse background in student affairs and recreation, Rusty holds significant leadership roles, including Board Member and Budget and Finance Chair for the Palouse Basin Aquifer Committee. Past positions include Interim Vice President of Student Life and Facilities at Glenville State College and Director of Recreation at Central Washington University. Educational achievements include a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Idaho, a Master’s degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Services from Central Washington University.
