Luanne Mayorga

Luanne Mayorga, Ed.D., MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Chancellor for Strategic Programs & Partnerships at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where leadership encompasses human resources programs and services for the campus. With previous experience as the Director of Employee Development at McHenry County College, Luanne focused on enhancing learning and development initiatives. As an MBA Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University, Luanne taught graduate courses on leadership and business alignment. Additionally, Luanne contributed as Chief Engagement Officer at Anderson Humane, and the Executive Director of Econ Illinois at Northern Illinois University, where a strong emphasis was placed on economic education. Luanne's background also includes roles in entrepreneurship education at College of DuPage and ownership of a bridal design business. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Education, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
