Matthew McNeilly

Matthew McNeilly currently serves as the Associate Director of IT Client Services at Technology Services for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a position held since December 2024, where responsibility includes managing multiple teams and leading the creation and implementation of managed IT services for over 5,000 workstations and campus customers. Previously, Matthew worked at the University of Illinois from 2001 to March 2020 in various roles, including Manager of Technology Services for the College of Law and College of Fine and Applied Arts and Assistant Director of Operations for FAA IT Services. Matthew began career pursuits in IT at Illinois State University, where responsibilities included managing a user support helpdesk from January 2000 to September 2001. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Applied Management from Eastern Illinois University.
