Shawna Graddy

Shawna Graddy currently serves as the Associate Director for Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where responsibilities include acting as Chief Financial Officer for the Beckman Institute and overseeing core administrative functions. Previous positions within the university include Assistant Head of Budget and Strategic Planning and Associate Director of Operations, demonstrating extensive experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational management. Prior to academia, Shawna held roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading projects related to Human Systems Integration for the Air Force, and served in the United States Air Force, managing operations and quality for multiple facilities and teams. Shawna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from TUI University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
