Mollie Buchanan

Mollie Buchanan has extensive experience in the field of child welfare and education, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rutledge Youth Foundation since July 2004, where additional roles have included Clinical Director, Residential Supervisor, and Child Welfare Specialist. Additionally, Mollie has held the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois Springfield since December 2019 and previously at Benedictine University from January 2013 to December 2019. Mollie holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Anthropology, and Psychology, both obtained from the University of Illinois Springfield.
