Tulio Llosa

Tulio Llosa has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Tulio began their career in 2000 as an Information Systems Technician at the Illinois Secretary of State. From there, they joined the University of Illinois Springfield in 2000 as a System Management and Academic Support Team Leader. In 2005, Llosa moved to Tribune Media Group, LLC as a Team Leader Client Information Systems, System Planning. Tulio then returned to the University of Illinois Springfield in 2006 and held various roles including Director of Educational Technology, Director of IT Operations, and ultimately CIO.

Tulio Llosa earned their Bachelor's degree from Purdue University from 1994 to 1998. Tulio then pursued a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield from 1999 to 2002.
