Hendra Etri Gunawan

Hendra Etri Gunawan is an experienced professional specializing in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Academy at Amartha since August 2021, where significant contributions include creating integrated learning experiences and developing leadership profiles. Hendra also holds guest lecturer positions at both the University of Indonesia and IPB University, along with a role as a career coach for Corporate Innovation Asia (CIAS). Previously, Hendra worked as Learning & Development Manager at Bukalapak, focusing on leadership development and employee training programs. Hendra has extensive experience in talent management and human resources across various organizations, including Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan and PT. Behrindo Nusaperkasa. Hendra holds an MBA from IPB University and recently completed a Mini MBA in Business Administration from the School of Business and Management ITB.
