Sufi Mohamed Mizanur Rahman is the current Chairman at UITS. Sufi has previously worked as a Senior Executive of Cyber Security & Networking Zone at UITS Computer Club, and before that, at Bugcrowd and HackerOne.
Rahman has a passion for computer science and networking. Sufi started their career at the Youth Career Institute, where they learned the basics of cyber security and networking. Sufi then joined the UITS Computer Club, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become the Senior Executive of Cyber Security & Networking Zone. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of various cyber security and networking initiatives.
After several years at the UITS Computer Club, Rahman left to join Bugcrowd, where they worked as a security researcher. Sufi then moved on to HackerOne, where they worked as a security consultant. In their current role as Chairman at UITS, Rahman is responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to promote IT education and training in Tanzania.
Sufi Mohamed Mizanur Rahman received a Bachelor of Science in CSE-Computer Science And Engineering from the University of Information Technology and Sciences.
