Jeremy Hudson

Jeremy Hudson is a seasoned professional in the field of clinical chaplaincy with extensive experience at the University of Iowa since 2021 as Lead Clinical Chaplain, overseeing daily operations and staff supervision. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as a Chaplain at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics since 2013 and held the position of Lead Chaplain in Hospice at UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Hospital from 2007 to 2013. Jeremy's earlier experiences include roles as Associate Pastor at Ely Baptist Church, Director of Staff Development/Recruiter at Sunrise Senior Living, and Youth Pastor at Valley View Assembly Of God. Additionally, Jeremy worked in patient care at Mayo Clinic for over a decade. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Theology from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and a residency in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences.
