Colby McArthur

Colby McArthur is currently a Clinical Research Assistant at the KU Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, where responsibilities include recruiting patients, securing informed consent, and collecting health data for Alzheimer’s studies. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Thesis Researcher at the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory, focusing on yellow-bellied marmots and their epigenetic responses to climate patterns, and participating in musical performances as a Chapel Choir Singer at Princeton University. Colby also worked as a Math Tutor at the McGraw Center, where mathematical communication and abstract thinking skills were developed. Additional experience includes roles as a Patient Care Assistant at the University of Kansas Medical Center, a Research Assistant at Genvax, and a Warehouse Associate at Amazon. Colby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University, along with a Certified Nursing Assistant designation from Johnson County Community College.
