Jennifer Freund

Jennifer (French) Freund, MHSA, FACHE, currently serves as the Director for Finance and Business Operations at the KU Alzheimer's Disease Research Center since July 2016, while also holding the same title at the University of Kansas Medical Center since July 2012. Jennifer's extensive experience includes a management role at the University of Florida Physicians and Shands Healthcare, where significant operational improvements and budgetary efficiencies were achieved in the Hematology/Oncology and Infusion Center. Previous roles include Administrative Officer at the University of Kansas Medical Center, overseeing substantial research funding and budget management, and Project Coordinator, where operational efficiencies across multiple clinics were enhanced. Jennifer holds a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor’s in General Studies with a concentration in Human Biology from The University of Kansas.
