Colin Smith

Colin Smith is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations and Assistant Director of Employee Relations and People Policy at the University of Kent since July 2018. Prior to this role, Colin held various positions at Orbit Group Ltd, including HR Manager and HR Consultant, where responsibilities included managing a team and providing HR support to line managers.
