Namrut Aiyamma

Namrut Aiyamma has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, primarily with Toyota Kirloskar Motor from March 2000 to June 2019, serving in various leadership roles including Head of Employee Relations, Head of Strategic Marketing, and Head of Human Resources Division. Additionally, Namrut held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Toyota Motor Corporation from October 2008 to September 2010. Namrut's educational background includes an LLB in Law from SDM Law College, a BA from St. Aloysius Mangalore, and an MSW in Social Work from the School of Social Work.
