Michelle Scott

Michelle Scott is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles within multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Strategic Projects at the University of Kent since June 2016, Michelle supports the institution's People and Culture Strategy by managing critical HR projects. Previous positions include leadership roles at the Financial Ombudsman Service, Catch22, RICS, Transport for London, Bridgen Enterprises Ltd, and the BBC, where a range of HR functions were successfully managed over a 13-year tenure. Michelle holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of West London and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Social Anthropology from the University of Cape Town.
