Rebecca Groves

Rebecca Groves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and event management. Currently serving as a Research Manager at the University of Kent since June 2018, Rebecca previously held positions such as Project Manager at BCD Meetings & Events, and Events Manager at The British Institute of Radiology, where responsibilities included planning and delivering scientific educational events. Earlier roles included Events Coordinator and Toxicologist at bibra toxicology advice & consulting, where toxicological assessments were conducted across various sectors. Rebecca began their career as a Placement Student at LGC Forensics while pursuing a Master's degree in Forensic Science at the University of Strathclyde, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with Forensic Science from the University of Leicester.
