Lisa Highley

Lisa Highley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in lending and management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Lending Officer at University of Kentucky Federal Credit Union since August 2021, Lisa has also held the positions of Vice President of Lending and Director of Consumer Lending. Prior to this role, Lisa spent nearly two decades at Kentucky Bank, where responsibilities included VP and Director of Mortgage Lending, AVP for Small Business, Mortgage, and Consumer Lending, as well as Personal Trust Officer. Lisa's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management from the University of Kentucky and further advanced training from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and Cannon Financial Institute.
